At RonnieMarie Boutique, the health and satisfaction of our customers remain our top priority.

While we do not allow returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for online and in-person purchases, we want to clarify that try-ons are permitted during pop-up events and by scheduled appointments only. This allows our local shoppers to experience our pieces in person while helping ensure a confident purchase decision.

Please note that all sales are final. Due to health and hygiene concerns, especially in light of past and ongoing public health precautions, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased through our website and in-person. 

We also do not currently offer local pickup for online orders. This policy has been established to protect the well-being of both our customers and staff.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to finalizing your order.  Much appreciation for your understanding regarding this matter.
